From the lemon trees to the sea,
The fish, the birds, the sand,
The waves flowing across the shore.
From the sea to the stars,
Bright, shining, full of color,
The flares across the dark of space.
From the stars to the sky,
The rainbows, now devoid of their color,
Rain nowhere to be seen.
From the sky to the ground,
The cycle of life and death,
Growth by loss.
You may have fallen, but we hope you know that your light still shines bright on the world.
From the wind, from the rain,
From the critters of the land,
The sea, the sky,
The rivers and the streams
We miss you
